Refund policy
It is perfectly fine to change your mind. If you are not completely happy with your online purchase, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return it for a refund or exchange.
How to return an online order
To start a return, please log in to your online account and view your recent orders. You can find your account by clicking the person icon in the top right hand side of the website.
Once you are in your orders area, find the order you would like to return and click the Request Return button.
Select the product you would like to return, then choose your reason for return from the drop down menu.
You will then be taken to a return confirmation page. Please check the details carefully. If everything is correct, click the Request Return button to submit your request.
Within 24 hours, you will receive an email confirming that your return request has been approved.

We recommend using a Royal Mail tracked service to help make sure your returned item reaches us safely.
Until we receive your return, the item and its condition remain your responsibility.
Returning your item
Please make sure all products are returned in their original condition. Items must be unused, unwashed and returned with all tags and packaging intact, including shoe boxes.
All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without tags attached may not be accepted and may be sent back to you.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-3 working days from the date your return arrives with us.
Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method. We will confirm by email once your refund has been processed.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for the same style in a different size.
If you would like a different style, please request a refund and place a new order for the new item.
If you request an exchange, we will send the replacement item back to you free of charge.
Online order cancellations
If you would like to cancel an online order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If your order has already left us, return costs may apply. Your cancellation request must be acknowledged by us, and this can take up to 48 working hours by email.
Faulty goods
If you believe an item is faulty, it will need to be returned to us for inspection.
If the fault is found to be a manufacturing defect, we will offer a repair, replacement or refund. If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued. Any postage costs will also be covered where a manufacturing fault is confirmed.
Items found to be damaged through wear and tear or misuse, even if unintentional, may incur repair and postage costs.
Exceptions to the Returns Policy
For hygiene reasons, pierced jewellery, cosmetics, toiletries and mattresses cannot be returned if they have been unwrapped or unsealed, unless faulty.
Perishable items such as food, plants, drinks and fresh flowers cannot be returned.
Where a product has a security sticker advising that it cannot be returned once the sticker is removed, a refund or exchange will not be given if the seal has been broken, except in accordance with your legal rights.
Gift cards, eGift cards and vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
Returned items that are not in new or unused condition may not be fully credited to your account unless they are faulty. This does not affect your right to return faulty items.
